Digital Products All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase please contact us at kendawand@hypnotism.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Grief School Program All sales for the Grief School program are final. If you are unable to access the program due to a technical issue on our end we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions We may consider refunds on a case by case basis if:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• You never received access to your purchased product due to a technical error on our end
